DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
We reserve the right to choose the type of delivery. Usually we deliver with DHL by insured parcel, this is insured up to a value of 500,00 Euro.
If the customer wishes a higher insurance, we will invoice this additionally.
Delivery times for our products can be found with each item or will be communicated on request, the standard delivery time is approx. 6 - 14 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt of payment on our account. We reserve the right to deliver items that we do not have in stock ourselves. In the event of any delays in delivery by our suppliers, we will inform you as soon as we receive information about delivery times from the suppliers. Likewise in the case of final unavailability, any advance payments received will be refunded in this case. Deliveries with DHL to a Packstation are possible if the order is within the dimensions of the Packstation.

Germany to the islands on request excluded from the exemption limit!
The buyer bears the transport costs for deliveries abroad.
International shipments:
The shipping costs for international orders are displayed directly in the shop as far as possible,
In individual cases, e.g. overlength bulky goods, these may be invoiced separately.
Forwarding shipments, export documents as well as customs declarations, ... will be invoiced separately.
Returns of any kind are to be borne by the buyer!
